• Experience in user research and usability testing, from planning and running studies to synthesizing insights
• Bias for shipping, with fast iterations, early testing, and refining out in the open
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for beautiful, functional, and engaging design

Desejáveis

• Frontend knowledge that helps communicate more easily with engineering
• Comfortable with Git and the command line
