Requisitos
- 1+ years of experience with backend technologies and distributed systems
- Proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) across the full software development lifecycle
- Comfortable with modern web architecture (HTTP, REST APIs, gRPC, microservices)
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Fluent in English, confident participating in meetings and code reviews
