• Regular use of AI tools and agents such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI plugins, and transcription/synthesis tools
• Advanced visual and interface design skills: color, composition, hierarchy, typography for web and mobile
• Advanced Figma proficiency: components, Auto Layout, variables, libraries
• familiarity with Claude Design and other AI-powered prototypin..
• Understanding of UX for AI: latency, loading states, error handling, hallucinations, engagement, and when AI is appropriate

Desejáveis

• Experience designing and launching AI-native products, conversational UIs, chatbots, or ML-powered workflows
• Previous experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as startups, SaaS, fintechs, legaltechs, or lawtechs
• Knowledge of prompt engineering for design, content generation, and prototyping
• Basic data analysis skills using SQL, Python, or analytics platforms such as Amplitude and Mixpanel
• More than six years of Product Design experience within multidisciplinary technology teams at digital product companies
