Data Scientist

Requisitos

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with a BA/BSc in science or engineering, or 2+ years with an MSc/PhD in a related field
• Solid understanding of regression techniques, statistical hypothesis testing, and experimental design
• Strong hands-on experience with the scientific Python ecosystem: NumPy, Pandas, Statsmodels, Matplotlib
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Proactive, curious, self-motivated approach with genuine interest in continuous learning

Desejáveis

• Experience writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Practical knowledge of Bayesian methods applied to predictive modeling
• Experience with AWS
• Hands-on experience with probabilistic programming frameworks such as STAN, PyMC, or NumPyro
• Understanding of marketing analytics: campaign allocation, performance measurement, budget optimization
