Software Engineer II: AI Inhouse Adoption

Requisitos

• Complete bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of software development experience
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Experience developing internal tools, automation, services, or engineering productivity solutions
• Understanding of LLM concepts, AI agents, prompt engineering, tool calling, and RAG-based workflows

Desejáveis

• Experience integrating AI tools with CI/CD systems, enterprise platforms, internal knowledge bases, or access-control systems
• Familiarity with AI evaluation, benchmarking, model-quality measurement, or metrics-driven product improvement
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or AI-based knowledge retrieval systems
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks
• Experience with other programming languages like C++ or TCL
