IT Infrastructure Engineer

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience in early-stage companies or..
• 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, including direct ownership of enterprise storage and virtualization environments
• Deep, production experience with VMware vSphere/vCenter and at least one enterprise NAS/SAN platform (TrueNAS, Pure Storage, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of Active Directory administration, Group Policy, and Windows/Linux patch management
• Experience managing vendor relationships and support escalations directly (not just filing tickets)

Desejáveis

• Experience with Proxmox or other VMware alternatives
• Familiarity with Okta or another SSO/identity provider
• AWS experience (EC2, S3) in a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment
• Experience in a biotech, research, or other lab-driven organization
