Requisitos

• 2-4 years of experience in technical support at a tech company, preferably SaaS
• Experience with B2B support, talking to managers and commercial teams
• Comfort with technology: web apps, browser, permissions, extensions, integrations (APIs, webhooks, CRM) and autonomy to learn new tools
• Independence to organize own queue, prioritize, and seek solutions before escalating
• Good level of English to read technical documentation and talk to vendors/integration partners

Desejáveis

• Experience with AI products and critical sense to evaluate AI responses
• Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) or sales tools
• Knowledge of KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service)
