• This role requires calm thinking, good judgment, and strong written communication. **What you'll do:** * Manage active bookings and traveler communication * Coordinate closely with Lokafyers to ensure tours run smoothly * Identify at-risk bookings early and take action * Handle urgent booking issues during assigned coverage hours * Upsell or enhance experiences when there’s a natural fit * Keep clear internal notes so nothing falls through the cracks * Spot recurring issues and suggest simple process improvements * Occasionally support Lokafyer recruitment or activation tasks **This role is a good fit if you** * Write clearly, calmly, and empathetically * Can prioritize when several things need attention at once * Are comfortable communicating directly with travelers and partners * Think about retention and revenue, not just closing tickets * Take ownership instead of escalating everything * Are reliable during late or non-standard hours English fluency is required
• Additional languages (especially German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian) are a plus
