• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Proven experience with online and offline materials (portfolio mandatory)
• Practical knowledge of generative AI tools applied to the design workflow
• Understand and follow creative trends and market updates

Desejáveis

• Experience creating and producing integrated campaigns with digital and print pieces
• Knowledge of video capture and editing
• Basic motion skills (After Effects, Premiere, or Canva/CapCut) for social media
• Intermediate English for reading briefings and international materials
