Requisitos
- Availability to be present at the office 3 days a week
- Initial experience with corporate technical support
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android and iOS
- Basic understanding of networks, connectivity, VPN and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Desejáveis
- Knowledge of MDM tools such as Intune, Kandji or Iru
- Experience with Jira Service Management
- Familiarity with asset management and/or onboarding/offboarding processes
- Basic knowledge of automation or scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Basic understanding of SSO, identity and access management
