Backend Engineer (Java, PIX) - 1 Year Contract

Requisitos

• Strong hands-on backend development experience with Java, preferably Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and database design
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Strong backend fundamentals: concurrency, transaction management, error handling, performance optimization
• Experience building and maintaining production systems and independently investigating technical issues

Desejáveis

• Familiarity with caching, messaging systems, and asynchronous processing
• Experience with PIX, Brazilian payment systems, or integrations with Brazilian banks and local PSPs
• Experience in payment processing, fintech, banking, digital wallets, or transaction-intensive systems
• Familiarity with payment reconciliation, webhook processing, transaction lifecycle management, and payment failure recovery
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, Kubernetes, and observability tools
