Requisitos

• Some experience in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or a similar role — we care more about your ability to learn fast and take owne..
• Solid SQL fundamentals, with the ability to reason about schemas and data structure, not just write queries
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly
• you don't need prior experience with our specific stack
• Strong ownership mindset: you take on problems, work through them independently, and know when and how to ask for help when you're stuck
• Genuine curiosity about data quality, taxonomy, and how data is structured "under the hood" — not just about the insights on top of it

Desejáveis

• Exposure to event-driven tracking, product event architecture, or Customer Data Platforms (e.g., RudderStack, Segment)
• Hands-on experience with dbt, BigQuery, Looker and similar tools
• Experience mapping or analyzing the customer journey (funnels, retention, cohort analysis)
• Experience working in a global company across multiple time zones
• Telecom, CPaaS, or B2B SaaS experience
