Requisitos

• Experience as Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst or equivalent role
• Experience managing digital products, projects or initiatives
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management practices
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder relationship skills

Desejáveis

• Experience in the telecommunications segment
• Knowledge or experience with CRM, chatbots, APIs, automations and integrations
• Experience with digital sales and customer service products and journeys
• Knowledge of backlog, project and product management tools
• Experience with KPI analysis, conversion funnels and product metrics
