Portuguese-speaking Customer Support (Brazil)

Requisitos

• MandAPI is looking for a Portuguese-speaking customer support specialist to help users in Brazil
• You will help users with account registration, payments, API usage, model selection, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting
• Responsibilities: - Reply to customer questions in Brazilian Portuguese - Help users understand how to use the MandAPI API - Assist with account, payment, and billing issues - Collect user feedback and report recurring problems - Escalate technical issues when needed Requirements: - Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese - Good written communication skills - Basic understanding of APIs, AI tools, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or developer products - Able to communicate clearly and patiently with non-technical users - English reading ability is a plus This is a remote role
• Experience with SaaS, AI products, developer tools, or technical customer support is preferred
