Faculty Success & Instructional Designer (US)

Requisitos

• Strong understanding of education culture and how educators think, work, and make decisions
• Willingness to try new things, challenge traditional approaches, and help shape how Classavo works with faculty
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with software or technology
• Ability to learn new technology quickly, explain it simply, and help educators feel confident using it

Desejáveis

• Experience with LMS platforms or EdTech
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum, or learning design
• Experience in sales, customer success, implementation, training, or another customer-facing role
• Classroom teaching experience (K–12 or higher education)
