Requisitos

• Expert-level React 18 — hooks, context, performance patterns, composition
• Strong TypeScript skills for typed props, state, and API contracts
• Deep fluency with Tailwind CSS — utility-first styling, responsive breakpoints, custom configuration
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility fundamentals (keyboard navigation, ARIA, focus management, colour contrast)
• Comfortable making visual decisions directly in code (code-first design workflow, no Figma hand-offs)

Desejáveis

• Experience with Framer Motion for layout animations, page transitions, and micro-interactions
• Familiarity with next-themes or similar theme-switching libraries
• Prior work on dashboard-heavy products — analytics, admin panels, internal tools
