• ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced **Influencer Marketing Team Leader** with a strong background in the **iGaming industry and Latin American (LATAM) markets** to lead and scale our influencer marketing operations
• The ideal candidate has an established network of LATAM influencers, KOLs, streamers, and content creators, particularly in markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru
• You will be responsible for managing the influencer marketing team, developing regional strategies, securing high-value partnerships, and driving measurable user acquisition and brand growth across LATAM. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing influencer marketing team focused on LATAM markets. - Develop and execute localized influencer marketing strategies across Latin America. - Identify, recruit, negotiate with, and manage influencers, KOLs, streamers, and content creators within the LATAM iGaming ecosystem. - Build and maintain long-term partnerships with influencers, talent agencies, and regional partners. - Manage influencer campaigns across YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Telegram. - Negotiate commercial partnerships, including fixed-fee, CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models. - Monitor influencer performance, player acquisition, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and other key performance indicators. - Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer opportunities in LATAM. - Collaborate with internal marketing, affiliate, and regional teams to achieve business objectives. - Ensure marketing activities comply with local advertising regulations, platform policies, and responsible gambling requirements. ### Requirements - **Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing**, preferably including team leadership. - **Mandatory experience in the iGaming, online casino, or sports betting industry.** - **Proven hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns targeting LATAM markets.** - **Existing network of LATAM influencers, KOLs, streamers, or influencer agencies.** - Strong understanding of Latin American audiences, influencer trends, cultural differences, and regional marketing practices. - Proven experience managing influencer partnerships, negotiating deals, and delivering measurable acquisition results. - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Familiarity with CPA, RevShare, hybrid deals, campaign tracking, and ROI optimization. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and teams in a fast-paced international environment. - Proficiency in English for internal communication. ### Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency in **Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese**. - Strong influencer connections in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, or Peru. - Previous experience leading a LATAM-focused influencer marketing team. - Experience scaling influencer programs across multiple LATAM countries. - Familiarity with LATAM iGaming regulations and regional advertising restrictions. ### What We Offer - Opportunity to lead influencer marketing growth across LATAM. - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Exposure to international iGaming marketing operations. - Career growth and leadership opportunities. - Dynamic and collaborative working environment
