Requisitos

• 3+ years of experience editing high-performing video advertisements for DTC brands, either in-house or within an agency environment
• A strong portfolio demonstrating paid-social creative and an understanding of what drives conversions and performance
• Strong knowledge of Meta advertising formats, direct-response principles, hooks, pacing, creative testing, and platform requirements
• Proven ability to translate creative and strategic briefs into compelling edits with minimal back-and-forth
• Experience working within high-throughput creative environments where speed, consistency, organization, and deadlines are critical
