Requisitos
- We're looking for a designer who already figured out that AI isn't a threat — it's leverage
- You'll design the interfaces and illustrations for online games that are simple, fast, and hard to put down
- And you won't be doing it alone
- Here, AI is part of the process: style exploration, asset variations, a clickable prototype the same day as the idea
- People who master these tools ship more, ship better, and grow their value in the market
- That's exactly the kind of person we want
- About the role We're building the product design team for our online games
- These are simple games by nature — few screens, clear rules, short loop
- We're looking for a UI and illustration designer who treats AI as part of the craft, not as a suspicious shortcut
- Here, using AI well doesn't make you "less of a designer." It makes you a designer who validates an idea with a working prototype in hours, and spends the time saved on curation, art direction, and detail
- That compounding is what we want to hire
- What you'll do Design and maintain the interfaces for our games and platforms: game screens, onboarding, wallet, promotions, missions, and campaigns
- Create original illustrations, icons, mascots, and assets that give our products personality — using generative AI as an engine for exploration, while keeping curation and finishing under human control
- Turn concepts into wireframes and interactive prototypes, fast
- Evolve and maintain our design system: tokens, components, states, documentation
- Work side by side with engineering, product, and marketing so that what was designed reaches the player's screen the way it was designed
- Create animations and microinteractions that bring the interface to life (Lottie, Rive, After Effects)
- What we're looking for A solid portfolio demonstrating UI, UX, and illustration
- Real use of AI in your workflow. "I've tried ChatGPT" isn't enough
- We want someone who knows prompting, refinement, upscaling, style control — and above all, when to throw out what the AI produced
- Tools like Midjourney, Nano Banana, Firefly, Sora, Claude, ChatGPT
- What you use matters less than how you use it
- A genuine desire to learn how to build the UI, not just draw it: a working grasp of HTML/CSS, AI-assisted prototyping, an understanding of how design becomes code
- If you already do this, great
- if you want to learn, you'll learn it with us
- Interest (or experience) in online games, casual games, gamification, or digital entertainment products
- Excellent communication and a real ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- The autonomy to run several projects in parallel and hit tight deadlines without drama
- Solid command of design principles, usability, and accessibility
- Initiative, problem-solving, and an obsession with detail
- Nice to have Strong motion design, animation, and microinteraction skills (Rive, Lottie)
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- Previous experience in iGaming, casual games, entertainment apps, or products with a heavy gamification layer
- Having automated part of your own design workflow — scripts, plugins, pipelines, agents
- Counts for a lot
- What we offer Work model: fully remote
- Budget and freedom to use whatever AI tools you want
- A team that ships fast, and a product with a real audience using it every day
- If you know how to turn technology into creativity, speed, and experiences that hold attention, we want you on our team. 🚀
