AI Video Creator & Editor (Full-Time, Remote Contractor)

Requisitos

• About the role We're a Brazilian iGaming company, and we're hiring a video creator who works AI-first: most of what you make will be generated with AI video tools and then finished in an editing suite
• This is a seat on the team, not an occasional project
• You'll have daily tasks and daily updates, and you'll own your output from prompt to final export
• What you'll do Generate video with AI tools: write and iterate prompts, run variations, pick the takes that work Assemble and finish those takes in a professional editing suite — cuts, timing, titles, sound, color, export presets Handle the small traditional-editing jobs that AI can't do cleanly: fixing a shot, adjusting a transition, swapping a logo, re-timing to music, fixing audio Use AI utilities in the pipeline where they help — upscaling, rotoscoping, captions, voice, cleanup Deliver multiple formats and aspect ratios from the same material Post daily updates on what you shipped and what's blocked What we're looking for Required Hands-on experience generating video with AI tools — you can name which ones, what you made with them, and where each one fails Working command of at least one professional editing suite for adjustments and finishing We don't care much about years of experience
• Roughly a year of real work is enough for us to look
• the quality of what you make is what decides it
• A great reel from someone with one year beats a long résumé with nothing to watch A showreel or portfolio we can watch
• This matters more than anything else in your application — a public link (YouTube, Vimeo, Behance, your own site) is best
• if it's on Drive, make sure the link is open A strong communicator
• You can explain what you're thinking and why you made a creative choice, and when we have questions you answer them with confidence instead of going quiet Confidence in your own work and your own creative judgment — we want someone who brings ideas, not someone waiting to be told what to make Comfortable with volume and a daily rhythm, working independently across time zones Professional English, written and spoken Nice to have Motion graphics and compositing Short-form vertical video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Sound design and mixing Experience in iGaming, gaming, or performance marketing creative Your own workflow automations or scripts around the AI tools How to apply Apply through Wellfound with: Your showreel or portfolio link (please check it opens without a login or an access request) One or two lines on which AI video tools you actually use, and what you made with them
