Requisitos

• Business vision, working integrated with data, product and technology (not only aesthetics)
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests, behavioral data analysis)
• Design wireframes, prototypes and product flows with Product and Technology teams
• Establish and maintain usability and visual consistency standards aligned with the brand
• Run usability tests and experiments (A/B tests, flow tests, hypothesis tests)
