Solutions Engineer - LATAM

Requisitos

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, technical pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Professional fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, both written and spoken
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of how technical expertise contributes to revenue generation
• Solid technical knowledge of REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, JSON, and modern integration architectures

Desejáveis

• Previous experience in identity verification, KYC/AML, fraud prevention, fintech, payments, or SaaS
• Experience supporting customers or sales teams across Spain, Portugal, Latin America, or other Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets
• Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, eIDAS, or financial services compliance requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, or competitive technical evaluations
• Programming experience with JavaScript, Python, or mobile development frameworks
