Requisitos

• Completed technical degree or in-progress higher education in Computer Networks, Systems Analysis & Development, Computer Engineering, El..
• Practical or academic knowledge of physical IT infrastructure (racks, servers, switches, storages assembly and maintenance)
• Knowledge of network cabling handling (UTP Cat6/Cat6A) and fiber optic connections (connector cleaning, bend radius care)
• Familiarity with network/infrastructure monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, PRTG or DCIM systems)
• Basic notions of Linux and Windows Server (basic terminal/command line navigation)

Desejáveis

• Entry-level certifications such as ITIL v4 or CCNA
• Knowledge of data center standards/classifications (TIA-942 or Uptime Institute Tier I-IV)
• Technical English for reading hardware manuals and equipment configuration screens
• Attention to detail, discipline and rigor to follow SOPs and daily checklists
• Resilience and calm under pressure during critical incidents
