Requisitos
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience with a portfolio of top-tier ads, promo, and explainer videos
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve with strong motion design skills)
- Track record of ad creative that performed, with the ability to explain why it worked
- Excellent storytelling instincts: hook in the first seconds and hold attention to the end
- Strong command of pacing, typography, sound design, and music selection
Desejáveis
- Background in videography or cinematography (composition, lighting, camera language)
- Familiarity with AI video and audio tools (e.g
- Higgsfield, Seedance, ElevenLabs) and generative workflows
- Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, or financial services
