Digital Marketing Manager

Requisitos

• 4+ years in digital marketing, 6 preferred, with meaningful time in startups or small multi-channel marketing teams
• Hands-on ownership of a marketing automation tools: configuring it, not just working inside something someone else built
• Email marketing infrastructure experience: selecting or implementing an ESP, migrating a contact database, building a compliant opt-in fl..
• Technical SEO you have done yourself: schema, site architecture, crawl and index health — plus a current, practical point of view on AEO
• Self-sufficiency in the tools: GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Ahrefs/Semrush/OpenSEO or equivalent

Desejáveis

• Paid acquisition experience (Google, LinkedIn, retargeting)
• We may bring it into scope if you have it
• Experience marketing to technical or developer audiences, or in the data ecosystem
• Comfort with a git-based publishing flow (markdown, pull requests)
• Light editing of technical content written by others
• Experience briefing and managing external agencies or contractors
