Senior Software Engineer

Requisitos

• Strong understanding of video, audio and timed text used in a content supply chain
• Knowledge of server operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server
• Excellent customer service and overall communication skills
• Ability to work in JIRA and Slack to monitor and respond to support cases
• Experience in a customer service oriented environment, collaborating with software development/engineering teams

Desejáveis

• Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant fieldwork required)
• technical certifications pertaining to position highly recommended
• 3 years of direct professional industry experience
• Experience with cloud-based transcoding systems leveraging compute instances with cloud storage
• Understanding of Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud solutions and integrating public cloud with a specific focus on AWS
• Knowledge of the AWS Well Architected Frameworks
