Requisitos

• 3+ years leading engineering teams of four or more
• Run performance cycles, manage scope, and carry delivery
• Backend engineering background
• can read architecture and make technical calls
• Judge success by impact on PnL, cost, or risk
• Proactively find answers when requirements are vague or priorities shift

• Experience owning a team budget: headcount, infrastructure, bonuses, raises
• Background in Rust, C++, Java, or .NET
• Experience in trading, fintech, or high-performance systems
