• We are looking for a hands-on Content Manager to lead content strategy, coordinate creators, and turn complex financial and technical ideas into clear content for startups and investors. **The initial six-month term is compensated through common shares issued monthly in lieu of cash salary, based on a company valuation of $26 million**
• After six months, there may be an opportunity to transition to a compensation structure that includes salary, bonus, and equity, subject to performance, company needs, and successful fundraising.This transition is not guaranteed. **We understand that's not a conventional arrangement, and it won't be the right fit for everyone.** We're looking for people who value ownership, impact, and the opportunity to help shape a company from an early stage

• review quality and keep delivery on schedule. * Write and edit website copy, campaigns, video scripts, presentations, and fundraising materials. * Partner with Marketing and Capital Raising on lead generation and investor communications. * Maintain brand voice and accuracy
• use traffic, engagement, and conversion data to improve content. **What we're looking for** * Two or more years in content management or marketing, with experience coordinating creators. * Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• ability to explain complex ideas clearly. * Experience planning multichannel content and email campaigns, with SEO and analytics knowledge. * Strong project management, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Assets: fintech or B2B SaaS experience, design, video editing, web updates, AI tools, or investor content. **Behind every application is a person—and behind our hiring process are people, too, not AI filter! **Due to the high volume of applications, our team cannot respond individually to everyone
