Requisitos
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with a strong backend focus
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Hands-on production experience with Node.js and Express
- Professional experience with React and Next.js
- Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs and backend integrations
- Experience working with both established production codebases (legacy modernization/refactoring) and greenfield projects (0 → 1 development)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices
- Ability to independently investigate problems, evaluate technical trade-offs, and deliver production-ready solutions
- Comfortable working in a small engineering team with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
Desejáveis
- Experience building reservation, booking, or scheduling systems
- Experience with payment processing, refunds, accounting, or financial workflows
- Understanding of complex business rules involving availability, pricing, cancellations, and resource allocation
- Experience developing software for government organizations, municipalities, or the public sector (GovTech)
- Experience modernizing large or complex legacy applications
- Background working in early-stage startups or small engineering teams
- Experience designing systems where data consistency, financial accuracy, and reliability are critical
