Requisitos

• 7+ years in security with substantial hands-on AppSec experience
• Has built or significantly matured an AppSec program, run security reviews and threat modeling, and owned vulnerability management (Snyk..
• Has worked with penetration testers and is credible discussing secure design, OWASP, and real-world exploitation
• Engineering fluency: can read code and understand modern web/API architectures
• 2+ years managing people, including practitioners with deeper domain expertise

Desejáveis

• IT operations exposure: IAM (Okta), endpoint management, remote workforce IT
• Compliance/GRC exposure: SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR
• Familiarity with Snyk, Wiz, Cloudflare, Okta tooling stack
• Experience running or evaluating AI-assisted code analysis, triage, auto-remediation, or autonomous testing
• Enterprise security questionnaire experience with financial institution InfoSec teams
