Sales Manager (Remote, Worldwide)

Requisitos

• At least five years of overall sales experience, including three years in sales operations or sales management
• Experience managing or coaching salespeople
• Hands-on experience running a CRM as an administrator, not only as a user
• Fluent written English
• Spoken English good enough to communicate with the team

Desejáveis

• Familiarity with outbound motions: email sequences, SMS campaigns, and list building
• Experience in property management, real estate, or another B2B service business with monthly recurring fees
• Experience managing a remote or distributed team
• More than two years of experience using Claude or other LLMs in a professional capacity
• Fluent spoken English and comfort speaking with US clients on the phone
