Requisitos

• Experience in project management, operations, content production, or executive support
• Previous experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive
• Strong understanding of AI content-creation tools and short-form and long-form production workflows
• Excellent project management, organizational, prioritization, and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects and coordinate remote or cross-functional teams

Desejáveis

• Experience with workflow automation and process optimization
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and similar tools
• Experience using AI tools for content, research, automation, or operations
• Understanding of performance-driven content strategy
• Experience scaling media or content operations
