Senior Staff DevOps Engineer

Requisitos

• 12+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related field
• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
• Hands-on experience developing AI agents and LLM-powered automation workflows for engineering, infrastructure, security, deployment, or o..
• Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, LLM APIs, and tool calling
• Proficiency applying AI to automate complex workflows and analyze operational data

Desejáveis

• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks, RAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience integrating AI with cloud APIs, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, security scanners, and monitoring platforms
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Redis
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including performance tuning, availability, and operational management
• Strong networking knowledge: DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, routing, firewalls, and network troubleshooting
