Accounting and Reporting Manager

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Engineering
• Experience in managing the Accounting & Reporting function in a dynamic environment for complex corporate structures
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including solid understanding of consolidation concepts, including intercompany eliminations, FX/CT..
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and use data to support decisions
• Demonstrated ability to engage and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment under tight deadlines

Desejáveis

• MBA or specialization in Accounting/Finance
• Experience with multi-entity/ international structures with different functional currencies
• Proven experience in implementing accounting process and reporting improvements through process automation or data tools
