Requisitos

• 2+ years in account management, customer success, another post sale role at a software company, or equivalent experience in another custo..
• 2+ years of proposal development and capture experience
• A track record of owning renewals and finding expansion inside an existing book of business
• Familiar with government contracting, our products, and the problems they solve for our customers
• Strong analytical mindset
• You are comfortable reading usage data to understand account health and create action plans

• Prior experience in startups
• Exposure to technical domains like AI or SaaS
