Tech Lead, Software Engineer

Requisitos

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal capacity
• Proven ownership of complex, production-grade systems end-to-end (architecture through deployment, scaling, reliability)
• Expert command of software engineering principles: clean code, SOLID, design patterns, distributed systems, API-first thinking
• Track record driving architectural decisions and communicating technical strategy to non-engineering stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead, grow, and retain a high-performing engineering team through mentorship, hiring, and cultural leadership

Desejáveis

• Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations, LLM APIs, or building intelligence into business workflows
• Experience with event-driven architectures, webhooks, or third-party data integrations
• Knowledge of cyber security concepts (vulnerability scanning, threat intelligence, security scoring)
• Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks as an active engineering contributor
