Requisitos

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, healthcare administration, insurance verification, billing, collections, or related experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and computer-based patient or business systems
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, caregivers, referral sources, payers, agencies, and internal partners
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work

Desejáveis

• Associate degree or equivalent business or healthcare experience
• Two or more years of experience in durable medical equipment, enteral services, billing, collections, or insurance verification
• Knowledge of medical terminology, payer requirements, Medicare documentation, or prior authorization processes
• Experience supporting infusion, specialty pharmacy, or home-based patient services
