Data Architect

Requisitos

• 8+ years of data architecture experience
• Deep expertise in target-state architectural design
• Proficiency with relational (SQL) and NoSQL data modeling, schema design, and data governance
• Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures (e.g. event buses, message queues)
• Experience migrating messy, legacy, or under-schematized environments toward modern frameworks
• Experience designing cloud-native data architectures (e.g
• AWS)
• Experience defining data retention, lifecycle, backup, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies
• Ability to defend technical proposals with evidence and operate in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Desejáveis

• Prior experience building or standing up a dedicated data/platform architecture function from scratch
• The person will report to the CTO, so executive presence and communication skills are required
