Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, and/or starting a startup, preferably within financial services or..
• Demonstrated interest and experience in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech within the Saudi or GCC region
• Strong understanding of the CMA regulatory framework, Tadawul market structure, and GCC capital markets landscape
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and verbal

Desejáveis

• Experience developing brokerage products in the Saudi or GCC markets
• Technical background working with APIs, particularly in financial services or trading platforms
• CME-1 or other CMA-recognized professional certifications
• Experience working with Qualified Foreign Investor (QFI) programs or cross-border investment products
• Familiarity with Sharia-compliant product structures and Islamic finance principles
