Requisitos
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across modules scuh as (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, FSM, or equivalent)
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Proven background in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications (workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies)
- Experience with data migration from legacy systems into ServiceNow
- Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, or spokes)
Desejáveis
- One or more CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, SPM, FSM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
