Requisitos

• Experience in Growth, Payments, Revenue Management, Business Analytics, Strategy, Product or analytical areas with strong business exposure
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to structure complex or poorly defined problems
• SQL knowledge and autonomy to explore and analyze databases
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to connect analysis to impacts on revenue, conversion, margin, ticket and customer behavior

Desejáveis

• Prior experience with payments, acquiring, gateways, fintechs or e-commerce
• Knowledge of metrics such as approval rate, chargeback, cost per payment method, settlement time and anticipation cost
• Experience with installment strategies, financial incentives or checkout optimization
• Experience with Revenue Management, pricing, promotions, offers or other commercial levers
• Knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing and incrementality analysis
