Requisitos

• Strong professional experience in payments, acquiring, merchant services or fintech, preferably in the Brazilian market
• Deep knowledge of the SME/SMB/PME, small merchant, micro-merchant or long-tail merchant segment
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian payments ecosystem and the competitive dynamics of acquiring
• Experience assessing or working across different dimensions of a merchant value proposition, such as product, services, pricing, onboardi..
• Strong strategic and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify business gaps and propose actionable remediation plans
