Staff Platform Engineer

Requisitos

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and its ecosystem, from running real clusters
• Proficiency with AWS (or GCP or Azure) in production, including networking, IAM, cost and failure modes
• Strong software engineering skills
• writes code to remove manual work and build tools for other engineers
• Experience in platform engineering, SRE or infrastructure in a company where many teams depend on your work
• Experience using observability in production (metrics, logs or traces), with any tool

Desejáveis

• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Tempo or similar open source tools
• Built internal tools, CLIs or Kubernetes operators
• Crossplane experience
• Service mesh knowledge (Istio, Linkerd or similar)
• Cost optimization experience (FinOps)
• Strong sense of ownership and joy in building tools that help other developers succeed
