Requisitos

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience with AI-accelerated development: Claude Code, Lovable, GitHub Copilot or vibe coding tools
• Experience creating AI Agents
• Ability to understand the business, validate As-is processes and propose value-generating To-be processes
• Hands-on experience with n8n for automations and integrations

Desejáveis

• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings and vector databases
• Knowledge of LGPD, data security and AI governance
• Familiarity with the BMAD method and agent orchestration
• Experience in the education and healthcare segments
• Knowledge of TOTVS/RM or Protheus
