Requisitos

• HotelTI supports hotels and resorts with IT, technology, cybersecurity, and compliance in Brazil and the US
• Our role focuses on governance and coordination: we help hotels make sound technology decisions, manage vendors, and lead projects, without replacing day-to-day technical support
• We are building a network of experienced specialists to collaborate with us on projects based on client demand. 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 (𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦): · IT and vendor management, including acting as a virtual IT manager · Cybersecurity and information security leadership (virtual CISO) · Compliance: LGPD, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 · AI governance · Technology project management 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: · Experience in the hospitality industry, with a good knowledge of technology and platforms used in hospitality, and hotel operations, · Strong knowledge of corporate technology · Active CNPJ (contracted as an independent legal entity/contractor) · Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese and English · Availability to travel to client hotel locations · Consultative mindset and clear communication skills when dealing with managers and owners · Independence: no commercial agreements with vendors that could create a conflict of interest 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: · A strong network within the hospitality industry, capable of opening doors to new clients · Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, ITIL, or PMP 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: · Remote work during business hours, with on-site visits required by the project · Work performed on a project or engagement basis, according to demand · Agreed-upon compensation for each project · Commission on contracts secured through your referrals Interested?
