Requisitos
- Experience in IT service delivery / service management
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL 4 (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level and Continuity processes)
- Experience building and tracking SLAs, OLAs and performance indicators
- Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow or GLPI
- Experience managing critical incidents and communicating with different stakeholder levels
