Marketing Growth Manager

Requisitos

• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or a similar role
• Proven experience running growth experiments across multiple acquisition and conversion channels
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, acquisition, conversion, CAC, LTV, and attribution
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, email marketing, CRO, landing pages, and analytics
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to identify opportunities and make decisions

Desejáveis

• Experience with SEO, content marketing, affiliate or partnership growth
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, GA4, or similar tools
• Experience with A/B testing, product-led growth, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
• Experience with MarTech, AdTech, AI, Creator Economy, or digital media
• Basic SQL or experience working directly with product/business data
