Requisitos
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend engineering background
- Strong experience with Python and FastAPI
- Experience with TypeScript
- Product-oriented mindset with experience building solutions for real users
- Experience working autonomously in startups or small companies
- Track record of taking ownership of ambiguous, open-ended problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and users
- Genuine engineering background rather than a profile that has moved primarily into management, Product or UX
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Willingness to work across technical and non-technical challenges when necessary
Desejáveis
- Experience building AI-powered products
- Experience with agentic systems or AI automation
- Experience with React and Next.js
- Previous startup experience as a founder or early employee
- Side projects or independent work demonstrating autonomy and initiative
