• Experience supporting AI, emerging technology, digital transformation, or technical-skilling initiatives
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, performance consulting, accessibility, assessment, and learning evaluation

Desejáveis

• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience designing academies, credentials, cohorts, or large-scale technical learning pathways
• Experience with skills frameworks, proficiency models, learning-experience platforms, or skills-based talent practices
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or a similar learning platform
• Experience in health care, insurance, information technology, or another regulated environment
