Requisitos
- Undergraduate degree in CS or a related field
- 8+ years of engineering with 2+ years of engineering management or lead experience
- Solid English skills, both written and verbal
- Hands-on experience building full-stack web products (frontend, APIs, Postgres backend)
- Experience directly interacting with customers and using technology to solve real-world operational problems
Desejáveis
- GCP experience (AWS, Azure, or another large cloud acceptable substitute)
- Experience scaling startup environments
- Background in Data Engineering
- Demonstrated passion for streamlining and scaling complex operational workflows
